The Secretariat, subject to external funding, shall invite the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO) and the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Groupers and Wrasses Specialist Group to assist it in supporting major exporting and importing countries of Cheilinus undulatus, upon request, to address remaining CITES implementation challenges and ensure well-regulated, sustainable management of, and trade in, the species.
