Security stamps

1. In Notification to the Parties No. 2003/007 of 7 February 2003, the Secretariat advised the Parties that, because of low stocks of security stamps, the Management Authority of Colombia would temporarily issue CITES permits and certificates without security stamps affixed.

2. The CITES Management Authority of Colombia has now received additional security stamps. Therefore, Notification to the Parties No. 2003/007 of 7 February 2003 is no longer valid.
