CONCERNING:

Forty-first meeting of the Standing Committee

1. As was announced in Notification to the Parties No. 1998/58 of 20 November 1998, the 41st meeting of the Standing Committee will take place from 8 to 12 February 1999 in Geneva, Switzerland.

2. The Provisional Agenda of the 41st meeting of the Standing Committee is provided herewith.

3. Parties that are not members of the Standing Committee are reminded that documentation will be sent in advance only to Parties that have informed the Secretariat of their intention to be represented at the meeting.
