The 165th Party: Lao People's Democratic Republic

Depositary Government of the Convention (the Government of the Swiss
Confederation) has informed the Secretariat that the Lao People's
Democratic Republic deposited its instrument of accession on 1 March
2004, without making any reservations or declarations.
